Once we’ve received the returned form and information, we’ll contact the merchant about the dispute. This will be processed through the Mastercard.

In some cases we’ll place a temporary credit on your account to make sure you aren’t charged any fees or interest on the disputed transaction while our investigation is ongoing.

The merchant will have an opportunity to either accept or reject the dispute. If they accept the chargeback, then the refund will remain on your account.

If the merchant rejects it, we will review their reasons why and let you know what happens next. We may either decide that we cannot continue with your dispute or ask you or the merchant for more evidence.
