We've made some changes with how we connect to your bank accounts to ensure that we're using Open Banking, which is the latest and more secure way to give providers access to your financial information.
What to do
Ensure you have the latest version of the app. After you update to the latest version, login to the app and reconnect your bank(s) with the requested credentials from any tab by tapping on the 'Accounts' icon at the top. This will ensure that your Tandem products continue to function as expected.
