We've made some changes with how we connect to your bank accounts to ensure that we're using Open Banking, which is the latest and more secure way to give providers access to your financial information.
What to do
Ensure you have the latest version of the app. We will send you a notice when the app update becomes available with our improved aggregation service. After you update to the latest version, login to the app and reconnect your bank(s) with the requested credentials. This will ensure that your Tandem products continue to function as expected.
We've also added some new providers, so also check if there any new accounts you are able to now add by tapping on the plus sign in the upper right hand corner of the Accounts screen.
