When setting up your Tandem Account, you will need to provide your current account details. When you want to withdraw money, you will only be allowed to pay out of Tandem into this linked current account.
It is important that we verify your current account belongs to you. If we can't do this digitally, we will ask you to send in a bank statement for your linked current account.
Until we receive this information, you will not be able to make payments from your Tandem Account to your linked current account. We will also freeze payments into your Tandem Account from your registered debit card.
