You can save with regular payments or one-off payments into your Tandem Account.

You can also make a manual transfer into your Tandem Account from your linked current account. Here's how:

  1. Find your Tandem Account details;

Open the Tandem app and go to the Accounts screen to view your Tandem Account.

For iOS users:
Tap on your Tandem Account and then tap on the ‘i’ button in the top right corner for information.
This will display the Account number and Sort code for your Tandem Account.

For Android users:
Tap on your Tandem Account and then tap on the ‘Account details’ button halfway down the screen.
This will display the Account number and Sort code for your Tandem Account.

2. Make the manual transfer from another bank;

We can only accept transfers from your linked current account.
This is your current account that you provided details for when you opened your Tandem Account.
For a reminder of the details of your linked current account, go to your Tandem Account as above and tap on the ‘Pay Out’ button. This will show the details for the current account that you have linked to your Tandem Account.

Go to the app or log in to online banking for your linked current account.
Set up Tandem as a payee using the Account number and Sort code for your Tandem Account, found in step 1.
Transfer the amount that you would like to deposit from your linked current account into your Tandem Account.

You can also register a debit card, which can be used to fund the account. We’ve placed a limit of £500 a week, to pay in via debit card. There is no weekly limit to manual transfers made from your linked current account.
