We will send you a push notification if we fail to collect your Autosavings. This could happen for several reasons:

  • Registered debit card blocked / expired / insufficient funds
  • Registered debit card removed
  • Account Blocked / Closed
  • Above or below weekly payment limits

Tandem cannot be held responsible for any costs, penalties, losses or other charges arising as a result of the payment being made or your failure to cancel it.
