Your Tandem card and PIN are sent separately for security reasons and one will often arrive ahead of the other, this is normal.
If you have not received both your card and your PIN within ten days please get in touch and we'll check on it for you. Otherwise, please be patient. 😊
Remember - you cannot use your card for the first time before the PIN code has arrived as the first time you use the card you need to use it in person (not online) and with the pin code (not contactless). This is part of our security to ensure the card has gone to the right person.
