Card and PIN are sent separately for security reasons and one will often arrive ahead of the other, this is normal.
If you have received one and not the other - and more than 3 working days has passed, then get in touch and we'll check on it for you. Otherwise, please be patient. 😊
Remember - you cannot use your card for the first time before the PIN has arrived as the first time you use the card you need to use it in person (not online) and with the PIN (not contactless). This is part of our security to ensure the card has gone to the right person.
