Welcome to Tandem. We're glad to have you on board. You should have your card and PIN within seven days of your application being accepted. If you don't have your card and PIN within 14 days, please give us a call on 0203 370 0970. We're available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.

Activating your card

Once you've got your card, you'll need to activate it. 

The easiest way to do this is in your Tandem App. You can also call us on 0203 370 0970 and select option 1 or do this over in-app chat.

Don't forget to sign the back of your new card too.

Your card in the Tandem App

Currently you can check your balance, transactions, and remaining credit in the Tandem App in real-time. So download the app now if you haven't already.
