You can set up Direct Debit in the app by going to the Bills tab. 

You can also update your direct debit by calling us on 0203 370 0970 8am-8pm 7 days a week and select option 1. We’ll need to ask you some questions to confirm your identity, and you’ll need the sort code and the account number for the account you’d like to pay from.

You can set up a Direct Debit to pay off your full balance, a fixed amount, or your minimum payment each month.
