The app normally updates your data each time you log in. This may take several minutes.

This may not happen correctly for several reasons. For example, if you are not connected to the internet, if the stored bank details are wrong, or if your bank has recently updated their website.

If we don't manage to update your data, we'll give you the option to try again. The app shows you when balances and transactions were last updated.
